膨胀玻化微珠保温板性能试验研究

    摘要:以膨胀玻化微珠为主要原料,与水泥、外加剂混合,经模压成型制备新型保温墙板。通过正交试验,测试膨胀玻化微珠、水泥、外加剂种类、纤维水镁石绒掺量对膨胀玻化微珠墙体保温板抗压强度和导热系数的影响。结果显示:膨胀玻化微珠掺量对保温板导热系数影响显著,对保温板强度的影响因素顺序为:膨胀玻化微珠掺量>外加剂种类>水泥用量>纤维水镁石绒掺量。

Experimental study on performance of expanded and vitrified small ball wall thermal insulation board

    Abstract:A thermal insulation board is moulded by using expanded and vitrified small ball(EVB) as main aggregate,cement and admixture as additives. The influence of EVB,cement,and fiber brucite amiantus content and admixture types on thermal conductivity and compressive strength of the insulation board were studied by orthogonal test. The results showed that EVB influenced thermal conductivity significantly,and it influenced compressive strength most,then the kind of admixture,then the cement content,and last the fiber brucite amiantus content.
