钢渣机制砂生产工艺及其用于混凝土砌块的研究

    摘要:采用破碎压滤工艺制备钢渣机制砂代替天然砂,掺入少量水泥、石膏作激发剂制备混凝土砌块;分析钢渣的有害元素含量及浸出液浓度,测试砌块的强度,用X射线衍射(XRD)分析钢渣机制砂性能。结果表明:钢渣的有害元素含量及浸出液浓度远低于GB 5085.6—2007和GB 5085.3—2007标准限值;复掺水泥、石膏比单掺水泥、石膏的钢渣混凝土砌块抗压强度高,可达7.5 MPa,为单掺石膏的2.2倍、单掺水泥的1.4倍。水化产物主要为碳酸钙、镁方解石以及少量的硅酸盐矿物。

Study on preparation of steel slag sand and its application on preparing concrete block

    Abstract:Broken and pressure filtration technique is used to prepare steel slag manufactured sand to replace natural sand. Based on the manufactured sand,adding little amount of cement and gypsum as activating agent to prepare concrete block. The harmful elements of steel slag and leachate concentration are examined. Block strength test and XRD are used to characterize the properties of steel slag manufactured sand. The result shows that the harmful element ratio of steel slag and toxic substances ratio of leachate are far below the standard level as specified in GB 5085.6—2007 and GB 5085.3—2007. The compression strength of concrete block added cement and gypsum simultaneously reaches 7.5 MPa,higher than added gypsum or cement only,which is 2.2 times and 1.4 times respectively than added gypsum only or cement only. The mainly hydration products are calcium carbonate,magnesium calcite and silicate.
