复合相变保温板的优化设计研究

    摘要:通过对墙体保温系统的研究,针对现阶段墙体外保温存在的问题进行分析、研究,通过合理选材,优化复合相变保温板材的形状及连接构件,使得相变材料与保温材材料复合,研发了一种相变复合保温板。该复合相变保温板的相变温度在15~38 ℃之间,导热系数不大于0.05 W/(m·K),在达到保温性能优异的基础上,使得新型相变复合保温板材具有调节室内温度的效果。

The optimized design and research of the phase change composite insulation board

    Abstract:Through the study of the wall insulation system,a composite insulation board is developed in order to solve the problems existing in the insulation of the wall at present by analyzing and studying the shape and connection components of the composite phase change insulation sheet by reasonable selection,which makes the phase change material and insulation material composite. The phase transition temperature of the composite phase change insulation board is between 15 ℃ and 38 ℃,and the thermal conductivity is less than 0.05 W/(m·K). To achieve the excellent thermal insulation performance,the new phase change composite insulation board has the beneficial effect of adjusting the indoor temperature.
