真空绝热板边缘热桥对热工性能影响的试验研究

    摘要:通过标定热箱法和热流计法测得的传热系数对比,研究了真空绝热板应用于建筑外保温时边缘热桥的影响,并对真空绝热板漏气后的隔热性能的改变进行了测试。结果表明,对于真空绝热板外保温体系,边缘热桥造成的隔热性能的降低非常显著,在进行热工性能计算时需要考虑这种影响;错缝粘贴的方式可以显著降低边缘热桥效应的影响。真空绝热板漏气后隔热性能显著降低,但个别漏气对整体保温系统影响较小。

Experiment research of the thermal insulation performance by edge thermal bridge of vacuum insulation panel

    Abstract:The edge thermal bridge effect which influenced the thermal insulation performance of vacuum insulation panel (VIP)has been researched by comparing the heat transfer coefficient by calibrated box and heat flow meter. The insulation performance before and after the vacuum insulation panel be leaked has been tested. The result showed the edge thermal bridge obviously decreased the thermal insulation performance,the influence must be considered when design the thermal insulation system of the buildings. The influence of the heat bridge will be decreased by stick alternate permutation two VIP layers. The thermal insulation performance will decrease if the VIP leaked,but the effect of few leakage to the thermal insulation performance of the whole insulating system is little.
