固体发泡剂制备泡沫混凝土的试验研究

    摘要:以过氧碳酸钠作为泡沫混凝土的发泡剂,探讨了发泡剂掺量、拌合水温度、催化剂、稳泡剂等对发泡剂发泡性能的影响,并制备了不同配比的泡沫混凝土,测试了干密度、抗压强度和体积吸水率。试验结果表明:提高发泡剂掺量和拌合水温度,以及加入催化剂均可促进发泡剂释放出氧气,以改性硅树酯聚醚微乳液为稳泡剂可改善泡沫的稳定性。辅以速凝剂、可再分散胶粉、纤维素醚,可制备出不同干密度的泡沫混凝土。过氧碳酸钠掺量增加、提高水灰化均可使泡沫混凝土的干密度和抗压强度降低,不同干密度的泡沫混凝土样品体积吸水率变化不显著。

Experimental study on preparation of foamed concrete by solid foaming agent

    Abstract:This paper takes sodium percarbonate as foaming agent of foam concrete,discusses the factors of affecting foaming properties,which include the proportion of foaming agent,the temperature of mixing water,catalyst and foam stabilizing agent. Foam concrete with different proportions of raw materials are prepared,dry density,compressive strength and volumetric water absorption are tested. The test results show that the increase of the quantity of foaming agent,the temperature of mixing water and the amount of catalyst can promote foaming agent release oxygen,modified silicone polyether microemulsion as foam stabilizer can improve the stability of foam. In addition,the foam concrete with different dry density can be prepared when the accelerating agent,redispersible powder and cellulose ether are used for auxiliary materials. The dry density and compressive strength of foam concrete can be reduced by increasing the content of sodium percarbonate and increasing the amount of water,and the water absorption rate of foam concrete samples with different dry density is not significant.
