癸酸-肉豆蔻酸相变储热微胶囊的制备与表征

    摘要:以癸酸-肉豆蔻酸低共熔物为芯材,采用溶剂蒸发法制备热塑性树脂为壁材的相变材料微胶囊,并对微胶囊的表面形貌、化学结构和热性能等进行表征,考察了壁材对微胶囊性质的影响。结果表明,当采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为壁材时,所制微胶囊结构完好,且具有较好的热稳定性,囊芯含量为18.95%,相变温度为29.21 ℃,熔融潜热为19.94 J/g。

Preparation and characterization of microcapsules with capric-myristic acid eutectic mixture as phase change materials

    Abstract:A kind of microcapsule containing phase change material of capric-myristic acid eutectic was successfully prepared by solvent evaporation approach using thermoplastic resin as polymer wall material. The surface morphology,chemical structure and thermal properties of the microcapsules were investigated. The influence of different kind of polymer wall material on the characteristics of microcapsules was studied. The results showed that microcapsules were synthesized successfully and that polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) was the best capsule wall material for capric-myristic acid eutectic with excellent heat stability. The melting temperature and melting latent heat were determined to be 29.21 ℃ and 19.94 J/g for microcapsules with PMMA. The core content of the microcapsule was 18.95%.
