碱矿渣混凝土配合比优化研究

    摘要:研究了以水玻璃为激发剂碱矿渣混凝土的最佳配比,以碱矿渣混凝土28 d抗压强度为指标,以水玻璃模数、碱当量及矿渣用量为因素,进行3因素3水平的正交试验。结果表明,各因素对水玻璃激发碱矿渣混凝土28 d抗压强度的影响顺序为:碱当量>水玻璃模数>矿渣用量;当碱当量大于5%,水玻璃模数大于1.5时,碱矿渣混凝土28 d抗压强度随碱当量和水玻璃模数的增大而提高;当矿渣用量大于350 kg/m3时,碱矿渣混凝土28 d抗压强度随矿渣用量的增加而降低。

Study on the optimization of mix ratio of alkali slag cementitious concrete

    Abstract:In order to optimizing mix proportion of alkali-activated slag cementitious composite with water glass as an activator,a series of orthogonal tests of three factors and three levels were carried out. The 28 d compressive strengths of specimens were evaluated,and three factors of modulus of water glass,equivalent concentration of alkali solution and slag content were controlled in the orthogonal test. It can be obtained from the results that the order of factors affecting strength are:equivalent concentration of alkali solution>modulus of water glass>slag content. It is also found that,when the equivalent concentration of alkali solution is higher than 5% and the modulus of water glass is higher than 1.5,the strength of concrete increases with equivalent concentration of alkali and modulus of water glass,while the strength of concrete decreases with increasing slag content when the dosage is more than 350 kg/m3.
