钢纤维纳米混凝土粘结强度影响因素研究

    摘要:采用Losberg粘结试验和中心粘结试验,研究基体混凝土强度、纳米SiO2掺量、钢纤维体积掺量对钢纤维纳米混凝土粘结强度的影响,并获得粘结应力-滑移曲线。结果表明:钢纤维纳米混凝土的粘结强度随着基体混凝土强度和钢纤维掺量的增大而提高;纳米SiO2掺量在0.5%~1.0%区间对钢纤维纳米混凝土的初始强度和极限强度增加作用明显。

Research on the influential factors of SFNMRC bond strength

    Abstract:Using Losberg experiment and center binding test to analyze the influence of substrate concrete strength,nano SiO2 mortar and steel fiber volume rate on the bond strength of steel fiber concrete,and the curve of bond stress-slip is received. The results show that the bond strength of SFNMRC improves with the increase of concrete strength and steel fiber volume ratio;Nano SiO2 content between 0.5%~1.0% has obvious effect in increasing the initial strength and ultimate strength of steel fiber concrete.
