内养护高强混凝土性能研究

    摘要：通过向C80高强混凝土中引入陶砂作为内养护剂的方法，在不进行标养的条件下，实现C80混凝土自养护的目的。研究内养护剂掺量对C80混凝土强度、干燥收缩、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能和孔结构的影响，并分析了影响机理。结果表明，内养护剂可以提高混凝土的强度，降低干燥收缩，提高抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能，细化混凝土中的孔。当陶砂掺量为细骨料体积10%时，内养护效果最好。

Study on performance of inner curing high strength concrete

    Abstract：Under the condition of no standard curing，the method for mixing ceramsite as internal curing agent to C80 concrete can achieve the purpose of self curing of C80 concrete. The effects of different amount of internal curing agent on the strength，drying shrinkage，sulfate attack resistance and pore structure of C80 concrete were studied，and the influence mechanism was also studied. The results show that the internal curing agent can improve the strength of concrete，reduce the drying shrinkage，improve the sulfate resistance，and minify the hole in concrete. When the amount of ceramsite reached 10% of the volume of fine aggregate，the best internal curing effect can be obtained.
