聚合工艺对聚羧酸减水剂反应过程及分散性能的

    摘要:采用凝胶色谱和液相色谱测试了马来酸酐与异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚2种单体的共聚反应过程,对比考察了不同工艺条件下聚合产物重均分子质量、转化率和实际组成的变化过程,结果显示,采用异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚变速滴加工艺可以得到分子质量合适、组成更加均匀、转化率更高的聚合物。对不同工艺制得的减水剂的分散性能进行了对比,结果表明经过工艺优化后的聚羧酸减水剂具有更高的减水率、保坍性和混凝土增强效果。

Effect of polymerization process on reaction details and dispersing performance of
polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:Polymerization process of maleic anhydride and isopentenyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether was monitored by gel permeation chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Changing process on the weight-average molecular weight,polymerization conversion and actual composition was investigate. It was found that polycarboxylate superplasticizer with varying velocity,optimized molecular weight and high polymerization conversion. Compared the dispersing performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer produced by different technology,the results show that polycarboxylate superplasticizer after process optimization has higher water-reducing rate,slump retaining and strengthening effect.
