砂浆密实剂对PCCP保护层砂浆耐久性的影响研究

    摘要:测试了砂浆密实剂(DSF)不同掺量对预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)保护层砂浆流动度、力学性能和耐久性(砂浆致密性、抗裂性及粘结性)的作用效果。结果表明:DSF对保护层砂浆的流动度和力学性能无不利影响;掺加15%DSF后,保护层砂浆28 d吸水率降低66.7%,氯离子扩散系数和渗水高度均降至0,28 d干缩率降低22.4%,圆环开裂试件无裂缝产生,粘结强度提高15.4%,明显提高了保护层砂浆的抗渗、抗裂、抗侵蚀及粘结强度等耐久性能。

Research on influence of mortar dense agent for durability of PCCP protective layer mortar

    Abstract:This paper tested the effect of mortar density agent(DSF) of different dosage on work degree,mechanical strength and durability(mortar density,crack resistance and bonding) of PCCP protective layer mortar.Test results show that:DSF is without adverse effects to work degrees and mechanical strength of protective layer mortar,with 15% DSF,28 d bibulous rate of mortar is reduced by 66.7%,chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the height of the water seepage is 0,28 d drying shrinkage rate reduced by 22.4%,crack specimens without cracks,bond strength increased by 15.4%. The permeability of mortar,crack resistance,erosion resistance,bond strength and other endurance performance are significantly improved.
