    摘要:以赤泥、矿渣为主要原料,通过掺入激发剂制备得到赤泥-矿渣胶凝材料,研究了不同养护温度对该胶凝材料强度的影响,并通过XRD、FTIR、SEM分析了养护温度对其水化产物组成及微观结构的影响。结果表明:在20~60 ℃内,提高养护温度,赤泥-矿渣胶凝材料的早期强度大幅度提高,经40 ℃和60 ℃养护的试样3 d抗压强度较20 ℃养护的分别提高54.9%和100.2%;养护温度对反应产物种类没有影响,仍为非晶态凝胶。

Influence of curing conditions on the strength,hydration properties of geopolymer synthesized
from red mud and slag

    Abstract:An alkali-activated cementing material was successfully available from red mud and slag. The influences of curing conditions on mechanical performance and hydration products of prepared geopolymer were investigated. The composition of hydration products and micro-structure of hardened geopolymer were studied by using XRD,FTIR and SEM respectively. The results indicated that in 20~60 ℃,the elevated curing temperature accelerated the red mud-slag materials process,a more dense hydrated matrix with decreased the particle size of unreacted raw materials,and more interwoven and dense three-dimensional network structure products were observed. A significant increase in early strength was obtained as a result: The 3 d compressive strength of test samples which cured in conditions of 40 ℃ and 60 ℃was 54.9% and 100.2% higher than that of control ones respectively. However,the elevated curing temperature did not change the types of products that continued to be X-ray amorphous gels.
