采用工业固废复配无机胶凝材料的试验研究

    摘要:利用煤矸石底渣、粉煤灰、镁渣、生石灰和石膏等工业固废,通过研磨混料直接复配无机胶凝材料替代普通硅酸盐水泥。避免传统水泥制备工艺中需要煅烧水泥熟料的高能耗和高碳排放。利用XRF和XRD对原料的化学和物相组成进行分析,对配制的无机胶凝材料物理力学性能进行测试。结果表明,通过复配适量的生石灰,在水的作用下Ca(OH)2对粉煤灰和煤矸石底渣的激发作用可以极大地提升胶凝材料的强度,3、7和28 d抗压强度分别可达14.2、22.4、42.1 MPa。

Study on inorganic cementiing material preparation from various industry solid wastes

    Abstract:An inorganic cementing material was prepared from various industry solid wastes,such as coal gangue slag,fly ash,magnesium slag,calcined lime and gypsum,etc. The aim is to replace the traditional Portland cement. This way is expected to avoid high energy consumption and high carbon dioxide emission during production of Portland cement. Every composition is analyzed by XRF and XRD. The physic-chemical properties of obtained products were measured by relevant national standards. The results show that inspired action of calcium hydroxide to coal gangue slag and fly ash can greatly improve the strength of this cementing material. The compressive strengths at 3 d,7 d,and 28 d are 14.2 MPa,22.4 MPa and 42.1 MPa,respectively.
