粉煤灰地质聚合物的制备及其抗压强度研究

    摘要:以粉煤灰为原料,通过碱激发的方式制备了地质聚合物凝胶材料。研究了激发剂用量、养护温度、搅拌时间、养护时间对粉煤灰地质聚合物抗压强度的影响,并采用XRD、FTIR、SEM对样品进行表征。结果表明,粉煤灰加入量为1300 g、液固比0.45、激发剂用量19%、养护温度80 ℃、搅拌时间15 min、养护时间16 h时,制备的粉煤灰地质聚合物28 d抗压强度最高,达到39.81 MPa。XRD和FTIR结果表明,粉煤灰在碱激发剂的作用下发生聚合反应,其中玻璃质与碱发生了解聚-缩聚反应,主要形成N-A-S-H产物,是粉煤灰地质聚合物的强度主要来源。

Study on preparation and compressive strength of fly ash geopolymer

    Abstract:In this study,fly ash geopolymer was prepared through alkali activation under different alkali content,curing temperature,stirring time and curing time. The compressive strengths of these samples were tested,and these samples were characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM. The results show that maximum strength of 39.81 MPa was obtained when 1300 g of fly ash,liquid-solid ratio of 0.45,19% of the alkali content,stirring time of 15 min,the curing temperature of 80 ℃,the curing time of 16h were used at 28th days of testing. The microstructural characteristic results investigated by XRD,FTIR showed that the depolymerization-polymerization reaction occurred between the glassiness in the fly ash and added alkali activator,the produced N-A-S-H during the polymerization was the main source of the strength of fly ash geopolymer.
