存放时间对轻烧氧化镁性能的影响

    摘要：以工业化生产的4种不同活性轻烧氧化镁为研究对象，系统研究了存放时间对轻烧氧化镁水化活性、烧失量和膨胀性能的影响规律，并探讨了不同活性轻烧氧化镁的存放保质期。结果表明：12个月存放龄期内，存放时间对轻烧氧化镁水化活性反应时间影响不大，对高活性氧化镁烧失量和膨胀性能影响较大，对低活性氧化镁的烧失量和膨胀性能影响较小；在保证轻烧氧化镁膨胀性能的前提下，以存放一定时间后的样品烧失量为衡量指标，M50和M100的保质期为6个月，M150的保质期为9个月，M250的保质期为12个月，轻烧氧化镁的活性反应时间越长，保质期越长。

Effect of storage time on the properties of light burned magnesia

    Abstract：This paper uses four light burned magnesia samples with different activity as the research object，first studies the influence of storage time on the light burned magnesia hydration activity，loss on ignition，expansion character and discuss shelf life of the different samples. Experimental results show that：during 12 months，storage time had no effect on the reactivity of light burned magnesia，but had great effect on the loss and expansion behavior of high active magnesia，and had less impact on the loss and expansion behavior of low active magnesia. When the expansion behavior of light burned magnesia is assured，taking the loss on ignition of samples after storage for certain period as the indicator，M50 and M100 shelf life is 6 months，M150 shelf life is 9 months，M250 shelf life is 12 months. The larger reactivity time of samples，the longer shelf life of light burned magnesia.
