轻质高强硫氧镁泡沫水泥的制备及性能研究

    摘要:以硫氧镁水泥和粉煤灰为原料,制备干密度等级A05~A08的硫氧镁泡沫水泥试件。探讨了粉煤灰掺量、试样干密度对抗压强度、吸水率、导热系数的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰掺量为40%时,可有效提高A05~A08级硫氧镁泡沫水泥的抗压强度,同时降低试件的吸水率和导热系数。扫描电镜显示,在硫氧镁泡沫水泥中添加粉煤灰并无新水化相形成,粉煤灰颗粒的微集料效应可使硫氧镁泡沫水泥的微观结构更加密实。

Preparation and properties of lightweight high-strength magnesium oxysulfate foam cement

    Abstract:Taking magnesium oxysulfate cement and fly ash as raw material,a new type of magnesium oxysulfate foam cement of A05~A08 dry density grade was prepared. The effects of fly ash content and sample dry density on compressive strength,water absorption and thermal conductivity were discussed. The results showed that when the content of fly ash was 40%,the compressive strength of the magnesium oxysulfate foam cement of A05~A08 density grade can be effectively improved while the water absorption and the thermal conductivity of the sample was reduced. Scanning electron microscopy showed that there was no new hydration phase in the addition of fly ash in magnesium oxysulfate foam cement,and the micro-aggregate effect of fly ash particles can make the microstructure of magnesium oxysulfate foam cement more compact.
