热失重实验法研究脱硫石膏的脱水特性

    摘要:利用热失重分析仪(TGA),在不同升温速率、不同终态温度下恒温一段时间等实验条件下,分别考察了脱硫石膏的热脱水特性。结果表明:升温速率越大,脱硫石膏结晶水开始失重和结束失重的温度越高,脱硫石膏结晶水失重速度越快;终态温度越高,脱硫石膏结晶水开始失重的时间越长,结束失重的时间越短,结晶水失重速率越大。终态温度为1000 ℃时,脱硫石膏出现3次失重,第1次失重是脱硫石膏失去自由水的缘故,第2次失重的原因是脱硫石膏失去结晶水,第3次失重是脱硫石膏中的杂质碳酸钙分解所致。

Study on dehydration characteristics of desulfurization gypsum by thermal loss gravimetric method

    Abstract:The thermal dehydration characteristics of FGD gypsum were respectively investigated by thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA) under different heating rates and temperatures at different final temperatures for a period of time. The results show that the higher heating rate increases,the higher the temperature of desulfurization gypsum water starting weightlessness and ending weightlessness,the faster desulfurization gypsum crystal water loss. What's more,the higher final temperature,the longer the desulfurization gypsum crystal water weightlessness starting time,the shorter weightlessness ending time,and the faster the desulfurization gypsum water loss rate. Final temperature is 1000 ℃,the desulfurization gypsum appears three times of weightlessness,the first weight loss is because of the desulfurization gypsum free water lost,the reason of second weight loss is the desulfurization gypsum crystal water lost,the third weight loss is caused by the decomposition of FGD gypsum impurities in calcium carbonate.
