使用PONKCS法确定水泥中的方镁石含量

摘要：通过X射线粉末衍射（XRPD）的PONKCS法（基于经典Rietveld法）对水泥中的方镁石含量进行了定量分析，同时对定量方法进行了加标回收。结果表明，PONKCS法能够快速准确地确定普通硅酸盐水泥中的方镁石含量，其加标回收率能够控制在（100±5）%以内。

Abstract：The PONKCS method（based on Rietveld method）was used to determine the periclase content in the ordinary Portland cement. At the same time，the quantitative method is used for standard samples recovery. The results showed that，the PONKCS method could determine the content of periclase immediately with high accuracy. And the recycling rate could be controlled among（100±5）%.
