基于ANSYS的EPS混凝土砌块墙体热工性能研究

    摘要:为探究ANSYS三维稳态热分析法对EPS混凝土砌块墙体热工性能分析的可行性,取强度等级为MU5、MU15的EPS混凝土砌块为砌筑材料,根据不同用途,设计了3类EPS混凝土砌块墙体,利用ANSYS软件模拟墙体传热,分析其传热过程,将得到的各墙体传热系数与防护热箱法测得的传热系数进行对比,发现软件模拟值与实测值的误差约为5%,表明软件模拟可以取代传统的试验法,为该墙体热工性能的研究提供了一种简单可行的方法。

The research on thermal performance of EPS concrete block wall based on ANSYS

    Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility of ANSYS three-dimensional steady-state thermal analysis method for the thermal performance analysis of EPS concrete block wall,the EPS concrete blocks with MU5 and MU15 are designed as masonry materials. According to the different uses,three types of EPS concrete block wall are used to simulate the heat transfer process of the wall by ANSYS software,and the heat transfer coefficient of each wall is compared with the heat transfer coefficient measured by the thermal box test method. It is found that the error between the software simulation value and the test value is about 5%,which indicates that the software simulation can replace the traditional test method and provide a simple and feasible method for the thermal performance of the wall.
