陈积粉煤灰加气混凝土配合比的优化设计

    摘要:固定水、水泥、硅砂、铝粉膏的质量,调整陈积粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、石灰的掺量,以抗压强度、抗折强度均达到最大值为原则,确定陈积粉煤灰加气混凝土的最佳配合比。试验分初试和复试2阶段:初试用来确定陈积粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、石灰掺量的大致范围;复试确定三者的最佳掺量。结果表明:陈积粉煤灰、熟石灰、脱硫石膏的最佳掺量分别为83%~84%、13%、3%~4%。

Optimum design of mix proportion for aerated concrete with sedimentary fly ash

    Abstract:In the experiment,the mass of the water,the cement,the mortar and aluminum paste are fixed,the proportion of sedimentary fly ash,desulfurization gypsum and lime is changed. The optimal proportion of sedimentary fly ash aerated concrete is determined according to the principle of the maximum compression strength and the bending strength. The test is divided into 2 stage of initial test and reexamine:the preliminary test is made to determine the approximate range of the optimum contents. The further test is done to obtain best proportion. The experimental results show that the optimal proportion of sedimentary fly ash,lime and desulfurization gypsum is 83%~84%,13%,3%~4%.
