纸面石膏板板芯气孔结构的影响因素及控制

    摘要:纸面石膏板成型过程中,通过加入发泡剂可使石膏板板芯形成具有一定孔隙率的多孔结构,以降低石膏板自重和增加石膏板的韧性;板芯气孔及结构主要通过发泡系统产生的泡沫来进行调整,其中发泡液浓度、发泡系统压力、发泡设备等是影响板芯气孔结构的关键因素。

The influence factor and control of gypsum plasterboard core pore structure

    Abstract:By adding foaming agent in the plasterboard molding process,the core of the plasterboard can form a porous structure with certain porosity,so as to effectively reduce its self-weight and increase its toughness. The core pore and structure are mainly adjusted by the foam generated through the foaming system. The foaming agent concentration,system pressure and foaming equipment are the key factors affecting the core pore structure.
