石棉绒/玻璃纤维增韧SiO2气凝胶隔热材料的研究

    摘要:采用正交试验研究了石棉绒/玻璃纤维复掺增韧SiO2气凝胶的工艺制备。结果表明,用水量对气凝胶抗压强度有较大影响,石棉绒纤维用量对气凝胶的抗折强度和导热系数影响较大,氟硅酸钠用量是体积收缩和表观密度的主要影响因素。根据试验结果可得出SiO2气凝胶的最佳配比为:m(水玻璃)∶m(水)∶m(石棉绒纤维)∶m(氟硅酸钠)=1.0∶0.5∶0.03∶0.06。

Study of the SiO2 aerogel insulating materials reinforced by asbestos fibers and glass fibers

    Abstract:The preparation parameters of SiO2 aerogel insulating materials reinforced by asbestos fibers were studied by orthogonal test. The study finds out that water has a great influence on the aerogel compressive strength,asbestos fiber content has a great influence on flexural strength and thermal conductivity of aerogels,the dosage of sodium fluosilicate is the main influencing factor of volume shrinkage and apparent density. The optimum proportion is obtained according to the experimental results,sodium silicate∶water∶asbestos fiber∶sodium fluosilicate =1.0∶0.5∶0.03∶0.06.
