煤矸石掺量对泡沫混凝土性能的影响

    摘要:主要研究了经处理的活性煤矸石粉掺量对泡沫混凝土流动性、抗折强度、抗压强度及劈裂抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,泡沫混凝土的流动度主要受煤矸石掺量、早强剂掺量和泡沫剂掺量的影响,而且,在不同密度等级时影响因素不同,流动度控制在190~210 mm之间较好。m(水泥)∶m(煤矸石)=(2.5∶1)~(1∶2.5)时,泡沫混凝土的力学性能较好,煤矸石的火山灰效应和骨架作用最明显。

Effect of gangue content on the properties of foam concrete

    Abstract:This paper primarily studied on the effects of treated activated gangue powder amount on the fluidity,flexural strength,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength. The results show that the fluidity was mainly affected by coal gangue mixing amount,early strength agent amount and foaming agent content,any more,the influencing factors are different at different density ranks,and the optimum fluidity range is between 190 and 210 mm. When m(C)∶m(CG) is 2.5∶1 to 1∶2.5,foam concrete has perfect mechanical properties and the pozzolannic effect and framework effect of coal gangue are significantly.
