疏水化合孔栓物对混凝土性能的影响研究与应用

    摘要:通过在虎门二桥承台结构混凝土中掺入疏水化合孔栓物,改善了混凝土的和易性,一定程度上提高了混凝土的力学性能,明显降低了混凝土的吸水率、氯离子扩散系数及电通量,提高了混凝土的抗渗等级,从而改善了混凝土的抗渗性能,防止钢筋锈蚀的发生,在工程应用过程中施工反馈良好,提高了混凝土的结构耐久性。

Study on the effect and application of hydrophobic pore-blocking agent on concrete performance

    Abstract:According to hydrophobic pore-blocking agent mixed in concrete structure for the bearing platform of 2nd Humen Bridge,it improved workability,and increased mechanical property of concrete. It obviously decreased water absorption,chloride diffusion coefficient and the electric flux of concrete,and also increased the anti-permeability grade. Thereby,chloride ion penetration of concrete was decreased,and the steel corrosion wasn't occurred. In the process of engineering application,it had good application effect,improved the concrete structure durability.
