聚合物复合增强冷热循环作用下混凝土抗压强度

    摘要:采用EVA和聚丙烯纤维共同增强5~85 ℃高低温冷热循环作用下混凝土的抗压强度,研究了EVA和聚丙烯纤维单掺以及二者复掺对冷热循环下混凝土抗压强度的改善效果。结果表明:单掺EVA对改善冷热循环作用下混凝土的抗压强度无明显效果;单掺纤维能一定程度上降低抗压强度损失率;复掺EVA和纤维的改善效果最好,且在冷热循环作用后期表现更突出。

Study on the compressive strength of concrete by EVA and PP fiber under cool/thermal cycling

    Abstract:The compressive strength of concrete under 5~85 ℃ cool/thermal cycling was improved by EVA,polypropylene fiber,and both of them. The improvement effects of adding EVA or polypropylene fiber only and adding the mixture of EVA and fiber were discussed also. The experimental results showed that,only adding EVA had no obvious improvement effect on the compressive strength under the cool/thermal cycling;only adding fiber could reduce the loss rate of compressive strength to a certain degree;the improvement effect of adding the mixture of EVA and fiber was the best,especially in the later period of cool/thermal cycles.
