不同应力水平作用下混凝土碳化及抗冻性能研究

    摘要:研究了不同应力作用下混凝土的碳化性能及抗冻性能,探讨了混凝土应力与碳化及应力与冻融耦合的作用机理。试验中应力状态包括:0.60ft、0.45ft、0.30 ft、无应力、0.30fc、0.45fc、0.60fc。结果表明,不同应力状态对混凝土抗碳化性能和抗冻性能影响显著,拉应力会促进混凝土碳化,压应力会延缓混凝土碳化;随着碳化时间的延长,混凝土的碳化深度持续增加,碳化速度逐渐下降;拉应力状态下混凝土的抗冻性能较差,适当的压应力可以有效提高混凝土的抗冻性能,0.45fc压应力下混凝土的抗冻性能较好。根据试验统计数据,给出混凝土抗冻性能应力修正系数ψ。

Study on carbonization and frost resistance of concrete under different stress levels

    Abstract:Based on the experimental study on the carbonation performance and frost resistance of concrete under different stress,the coupling mechanism of concrete stress and carbonation,stress and freeze-thaw were studied. The stress state in the test includes:0.60ft,0.45ft,0.30ft,no stress,0.30fc,0.45fc,0.60fc. The test results show that the different stress states have significant influence on the carbonation resistance of concrete. The tensile stress will accelerate the carbonation of concrete,and compressive strength will delay the carbonation of concrete. With the extension of the carbonization time,the carbonation depth of concrete increasing continuously and the carbonation velocity declining gradually. The stress state of frost resistant performance significantly,frost resistance performance of concrete under tensile stress is poor,proper compressive stress can effectively improve the frost resistance of concrete,the test results show that the frost resistance of concrete under 0.45fc compressive stress is the optimum. Based on the test results,put forward the stress correction coefficient ψ for frost resistance of concrete.
