煤矸石用作植被混凝土粗骨料的简化分级方法研

    摘要:使用煤矸石取代部分石子作粗骨料制备植被混凝土,得到了适用于制备植被混凝土的煤矸石粗骨料的简化分级方法,压碎指标小于17%的煤矸石为Ⅰ级,压碎指标在17%~23%的煤矸石为Ⅱ级,压碎指标大于23%的煤矸石为Ⅲ级。使用Ⅱ级煤矸石取代部分石子制备的煤矸石植被混凝土破坏是以粗骨料破坏与节点破坏相结合的破坏方式,既能满足强度的要求,又可以达到对煤矸石的利用。通过试验得到了不同等级煤矸石植被混凝土在不同的煤矸石取代率下的抗压强度。

Study on simplified classification method of coal gangue used as vegetation concrete coarse aggregate

    Abstract:Using coal gangue to replace part of the gravel as coarse aggregate for the preparation of vegetation concrete,a simplified grading method of coal gangue coarse aggregate suitable for preparing vegetation concrete was obtained. The coal gangue with crushing index of less than 17% is grade I,that with crushing index between 17% to 23% is grade Ⅱ,and that with crushing index greater than 23% is grade Ⅲ. The failure of gangue vegetation concrete prepared by using grade Ⅱ gangue to replace part of the gravel is the combination of coarse aggregate damage and joint damage,which not only meet the strength requirements,but also achieve the use of coal gangue. The compressive strength of different grades of gangue vegetation concrete under different coal gangue replacement rate was obtained through experiments.
