石灰石微粉-大掺量粉煤灰绿色混凝土的性能及成

    摘要:采用石灰石微粉、粉煤灰和硅酸盐水泥三元复合胶凝体系制备大掺量粉煤灰绿色混凝土(HVFAC),研究粉煤灰和石灰石微粉对HVFAC凝结时间、抗压强度及抗渗性能的影响,并对成本进行分析。结果表明,掺加少量石灰石微粉的HVFAC性能普遍优于不掺石灰石微粉的HVFAC,不仅凝结时间恢复了正常水平,而且抗压强度更高,抗渗性更好。成本分析表明,掺入适量的石灰石微粉能有效提高HVFAC的技术经济效益,更好地发挥其绿色节能的潜力。

An investigation on performances and cost analysis of green concrete blending high volume fly ash with limestone powder

    Abstract:This paper presents performances and cost analysis of high volume fly ash concrete(HVFAC) mixtures based on the combination of limestone powder,fly ash,and Portland cement. Performance has been evaluated by measuring setting times,compressive strength development,and transport properties characterized by rapid chloride permeability test. In addition to restoring setting times to those of the control concrete,small portion of limestone powder in a HVFAC mixture also provide significant improvements in strengths and transport properties. Moreover,based on a simple cost analysis,a HVFAC mixture with proper amount of limestone powder has a superior technical economy benefit and can better play its green energy-saving potential.
