装配式渠道用玄武岩纤维混凝土性能研究

    摘要:通过加入不同掺量的玄武岩纤维进行混凝土配合比优化,对其工作性能、力学性能和耐久性进行系统研究。结果表明:玄武岩纤维的掺入可以有效提高混凝土的抗离析性,改善混凝土的粘聚性;玄武岩纤维掺量为0.15%时,混凝土10 h蒸汽养护抗折强度达3.61 MPa,比未掺玄武岩纤维时的强度提高了9.7%,不需加钢筋网片,大型渠道的折断率可降低到0.88%。

The performance study of basalt fiber reinforced concrete for assembly channel

    Abstract:Adding different amount of basalt fiber for optimization of concrete mix proportion. The working performance,mechanical properties and durability of basalt fiber reinforced concrete are studied systematically. Results show that basalt fiber can effectively improve the problems of concrete segregation and cohesion. The flexural strength of concrete reaches 3.61 MPa by steam curing for 10 hours when the basalt fiber content reaches 0.15%. Compared with no basalt fiber,it improved 9.7%. In the case of no reinforcement mesh,the breakage rate of large channel was reduced to 0.88%.
