HRB500钢筋与活性粉末混凝土粘结性能研究

    摘要:通过拉拔试验研究了HRB500钢筋与RPC的粘结性能,基于试验得出RPC与高强钢筋的粘结滑移曲线。分别探讨钢筋直径、保护层厚度、钢筋锚固长度及强度等级对RPC与钢筋粘结强度的影响。结果表明,钢筋直径越大、混凝土保护层越小、钢筋锚固长度越大,则钢筋与RPC的粘结强度越小。RPC与HRB500钢筋的粘结强度高于其与HRB400钢筋的粘结强度。基于试验结果,通过回归分析建立RPC与HRB500钢筋极限粘结强度计算公式,同时给出了RPC与HRB500钢筋临界锚固长度公式。

Study on bond behavior between HRB500 steel bars and reactive powder concrete

    Abstract:The bond performance of HRB500 steel bars and RPC were studied by pull-out test,based on the experimental results the RPC and high-strength steel bond slip curve is obtained. The influence of the diameter of steel bar,the thickness of the protective layer,the length of the reinforcement and the strength grade of the steel bar on the bond strength of RPC and steel bar are discussed respectively. The results show that the bigger the diameter of steel bar,the smaller the protective layer of concrete,the bigger the anchorage length of steel bar,the smaller the bond strength between steel bar and RPC. The bond strength between RPC and HRB500 is higher than that of HRB400 steel. Based on the test results,the formula for calculating the ultimate bond strength of RPC and HRB500 steel bars is established by regression analysis,and the critical anchorage length formula of RPC and HRB500 is given.
