水泥基吸声材料多孔与穿孔结构的吸声性能研究

    摘要:基于水泥基吸声材料的多孔结构,设计了单侧均匀分布的圆柱体穿孔结构,探讨了穿孔与多孔结构复合的吸声原理,并以水泥浆包裹膨胀珍珠岩颗粒压制成型的方法制备了含有纤维或(和)发泡多孔结构的水泥基吸声材料,分别研究了其多孔结构与穿孔结构对吸声性能的影响。结果表明,水泥基吸声材料多孔结构中同时含有纤维和发泡结构的吸声性能较好,单含纤维或发泡结构的吸声性能相对较差;但经穿孔后,不同多孔结构的水泥基吸声材料的吸声性能均大幅度提高。

Research on the sound absorption properties of porous structure and perforated structure in
cement-based sound absorption materials

    Abstract:Based on the porous structure of cement-based sound absorption material, the perforated structure of evenly distributed cylinder was designed in one side. The sound-absorbing principles of the composite structure were discussed. Using expanded perlite particles mixed with cement slurry,the cement-based sound absorption materials added with fiber or(and) foaming agent were prepared by compression moulding. The effect of porous structure and perforated structure on the sound absorption properties was studied. The results indicated that,compared with porous structure only with foaming or fiber,the sound absorption properties of porous structure with foaming and fiber together in cement-based sound absorption materials were better. When perforated,the sound absorption properties of cement-based sound absorption materials having different porous structures were all improved greatly.
