外墙用水性超疏水涂料的研制

    摘要:通过将有机硅乳液与含氟丙烯酸乳液复合,并添加纳米SiO2,制备了外墙用水性超疏水涂料。研究了涂料配方和固化温度对涂层超疏水性能的影响,并考察了涂层超疏水性能耐水稳定性。结果表明,所制超疏水涂料环境友好、生产和涂装工艺简单、可室温固化、涂层超疏水性能稳定,耐沾污性良好。

Preparation of waterborne superhydrophobic coatings for exterior wall

    Abstract:By mixing fluorinated acrylic resin emulsion and SiO2 nanoparticles with silicon resin emulsion,waterborne superhydrophobic coats were prepared. The effect of prescription and curing temperature on wettabilities of resulted coatings was studied thoroughly. The stabilities of the coating superhydrophobic property in water were observed. The results showed that the waterborne superhydrophobic coats is environment friendly,facile,and can be dried at room temperature. And the coatings have the stable superhydrophobic properties and dirt pickup resistance.
