高湿环境下可溶盐对脱硫石膏板变形的影响研究

    摘要:运用DOE全因子实验设计方法,研究了Na+、Mg2+、Cl-和K+等4种常见可溶盐离子在高湿环境下对脱硫石膏板下垂变形的影响,并利用DOE实验分析方法对其影响的显著性进行研究。结果表明:高湿环境下K+、Mg2+和Na+均为脱硫石膏板下垂变形的显著因素,其中Mg2+和Na+会大幅增加其下垂挠度,而K+对含盐脱硫石膏板下垂变形则有明显的抑制作用,具体表现在K+明显降低脱硫石膏板因添加Na+、Mg2+可溶盐离子所引起的下垂变形。

Analysis of impacts of soluble salts on the deformation of desulfurized gypsum board in high moisture environment

    Abstract:This thesis adopts full factorial design of the DOE(design of experiment) to explore the effects of four soluble salt ions(Na+,Mg2+,Cl- and K+) on the deformation of desulfurized gypsum board in high moisture environment,and the effect of each ion was analyzed by DOE analysis method. The results indicate that K+,Mg2+ and Na+ are significant factors affecting the sagging deformation of the desulfurized gypsum board in high moisture environment,in which Mg2+ and Na+ ions greatly will increase their sagging deflection,while K+ has the obvious inhibitory action on the deformation of desulfurized gypsum board,which is represented in reducing the sagging deformation of desulfurized gypsum board caused by adding of Na+ and Mg2+ ions.
