氯化钾对硫氧镁水泥性能的影响

    摘要:以改性硫氧镁水泥(MOS)为基础体系,研究了氯化钾掺量对MOS体系凝结时间、抗压和抗折强度及抗水性的影响,并对MOS的物相组成和微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明:氯化钾的掺入可延长MOS的凝结时间;氯化钾不利于MOS抗压强度的提高,但可以明显提高MOS的抗折强度。同时氯化钾提高了MOS抗压强度软化系数而降低了抗折强度软化系数。硫酸镁水泥中氯化钾掺量应控制在3%~5%。

Effects of potassium chloride on the property of magnesium oxysulfate cement

    Abstract:Taking modified magnesium oxysulfate cement(MOS) as the basis system,the effects of the potassium chloride on the setting time,compressive and flexural strength,water resistance of MOS were investigated. The component and microstructure of the MOS were discussed. The results demonstrate that the addition of potassium chloride can extend the setting time of the MOS. The potassium chloride is not conducive to the improvement of MOS compressive strength, but can significantly improve the flexural strength. Besides,the existence of potassium chloride improves the softening coefficient of compressive strength and reduces the softening coefficient of flexural strength. So the content of potassium chloride in magnesium oxysulfate cement should be controlled in 3% to 5%.
