硅酸盐水泥熟料烧成过程中硫存在形态分析

    摘要:硅酸盐水泥生产中,熟料中的硫酸盐主要由原料及燃料煤带入,对水泥生料、预分解过程、熟料烧成过程中硫的存在形态及演变进行分析研究,选矿废渣、粉煤灰、燃料煤粉对水泥熟料中硫酸盐的含量影响较大,黏土和石灰石基本不带入硫酸盐。预分解后,物料中硫的存在形态均为硫酸盐,不同的预分解温度对硫酸盐含量的影响不大;水泥熟料烧成后,硫的存在形态为硫酸盐,含量较预分解时有所降低。

Analysis on the existence patterns of sulphur during the Portland cement clinker calcining process

    Abstract:In the production of Portland cement,the sulfate in clinker is mainly introduced from raw materials and fuel coal,and the existence patterns and evolution of sulfur in cement raw meal,pre-decomposition process and clinker calcining process are analyzed and studied. Waste slag,fly ash,and fuel coal pulverized coal have great impact on the clinker sulfate content,the clay and limestone basically bring no sulfate. After pre-decomposition,the existence pattern of sulfur in the material is sulfate,different pre-decomposition temperature has little effect on the sulfate content;after the calcining of cement clinker,the existence pattern of sulfur is sulfate,and the content is reduced compared with that of pre-decomposition process.
