DP型烧结多孔砖墙体热工性能试验研究

    摘要:采用理论公式计算DP型烧结多孔砖的当量导热系数,以此推算240 mm和370 mm两种常用DP型烧结多孔砖墙体的传热系数及热阻;并对计算结果进行试验验证,着重分析DP型烧结多孔砖当量导热系数的计算误差,以及墙体湿度、灰缝饱满度、灰缝质量等对墙体传热系数及热阻的影响。

Experimental study on thermal performance of DP-type fired perforated brick masonry

    Abstract:The equivalent thermal conductivity of DP type fired porous brick is calculated by theoretical formula to derive the heat transfer coefficient and thermal resistance of DP type fired porous brick wall made of 240 mm and 370 mm,and the calculation results are verified by experiment,from which the calculating error of the equivalent thermal conductivity of porous brick,as well as the influence of wall humidity,the plumpness and quality of the ash seam on the heat transfer coefficient and thermal resistance of wall are analyzed.
