纳米二氧化钛负载墙体材料去除甲醛效果的研究

    摘要:以白水泥、废玻璃和纳米TiO2为主要原料制备自净化墙体材料,纳米TiO2分别通过内掺法和负载法掺加,研究纳米TiO2在不同条件下对甲醛的降解效果。结果显示,随着纳米TiO2的内掺量由0~8.0%逐渐增大,降解甲醛效果越来越好;同样,随着纳米TiO2负载浓度由0~25.0 g/L逐渐递增,降解甲醛的速率也在递增。对比2种方法,由于负载法是直接将纳米TiO2固着在材料表面,降解甲醛的效果明显优于内掺法。

Effects of decomposing formaldehyde by nano-TiO2 added in wall materials

    Abstract:The self-purification wall materials are prepared by white cement, reused glass and nano-TiO2. Two methods,inter-mixing and coating,are used to add the nano-TiO2 powder into the wall materials. The paper investigates the effects of two methods on decomposing formaldehyde. Results show that the samples inter-mixed from 0 to 8.0%,the effects of decomposing are better. Also,with the coating concentrations at 0 to 25.0 g/L,the rates of decomposing formaldehyde are increased. Compare to inter-mixing method,coating method is better to decompose formaldehyde due to the nano-TiO2 particles coated on the surfaces of samples.
